Hello dearies, sorrie for not being able to bring you new jewelry pieces over the past few months... I've been busssy like a bee, slogging and slaving away and churning out customised pieces for some of my customers hence the little hiatus... Now here's the GOOD NEWS! Luffworks is providing free delivery to all major MRT stations! Or you can choose to pick up your item at shopping malls located near these stations.

How does the free delivery work? Simple! For purchases over $100 (after discount, if any) in a single receipt, we would deliver your items to your doorstep, well almost! ;) That means you could now shop in the comfort of your home and pick up your purchase just as comfortably from a nearby location, just a stone's throw away! Luffworks is based in Singapore. All prices quoted are exclusive of handling/postage (delivery) cost. For all transactions*, postage is to be paid by the buyer. Items will be posted once payment is received. Two payment modes are available: 1) Via interbank fund transfer and 2) Cheque.

To place your order, simply email us at luffworks@gmail.com with your name, contact details and the item name. We will contact you shortly regarding payment information and the approximate date of delivery.

Luffworks seeks your kind understanding and co-operation on the following:

1) No refund or exchange is allowed.

2) Prices of the items listed on this website are subject to change with or without prior notice

3) For items listed on the website that are sold, please allow up to *7 working days for us to process re-making orders (from the date of receipt of the buyer’s confirmation email).

4) Items that are being re-made may or may not be available as this will depend on the availability of the materials needed.

5) Items that are being re-made may be charged at a higher price, due to material cost fluctuations and other unforeseen circumstances.

6) Customised items may be charged at a higher price.

7) For bulk purchases of more than 10 items at any one time, please allow up to *14 working days for processing. For urgent purchases that must be delivered within *3 working days, a surcharge of 40% (on the price of the item) will apply.
